A three-eyed two-faced cow? An elephant man?
These are some of the star attractions at the Museum of the Weird in Austin, Texas. The city’s slogan is “Keep Austin Weird” and there’s no better place to experience that than at this museum. It’s also fun to play tourist in your own town once in a while.
It’s always funny to see how your plans and goals you set out for the year panned out by the end. Occasionally they’re similar, but I usually find them different. I guess that tends to happen as new connections are made and new opportunities present themselves. 2014 turned out to be quite an eventful year, including moving across the country, a great beer road trip, and a trip back to Asia near the end of the year. So without further ado, here’s my 2014 Year in Review:
This week’s photo is from the Austin City Limits music festival last weekend. On the 3rd day there were seas of people spanned all across Zilker Park anticipating the next round of bands to play.
Since college football season is starting this weekend and because I’m going to be going through some serious withdrawals being in Texas, this week’s photo was taken from a game at Michigan Stadium last season. Go Blue!
This week’s photo of the Golden Gate Bridge was taken on a foggy day in San Francisco (wait, aren’t they all?) from up in the Marin Headlands.
